Chairman
Mr. Odubanjo Oluwole Emma is the Chairman of Monumental Concepts and Displays ltd. He is a graduate of History of the University of Ibadan and Masters Degree holder in Industrial and Labour Relations of the same university. He is a fellow of the Advertising Registration Council of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Prior to his position in Monumental Concepts and Displays Ltd, he has had a distinguished career in the public service as well as the Optimum Exposure Ltd, where he last worked as an Area Manager. He is quite analytical and dynamic with a strong passion for hard work and diligence.
Managing Director
Mr. Akanbi Kayode Bolaji Is the Managing Director of Monumental Concepts and Displays LTD. He is a graduate of business Administration from Edo state University now Ambrose Alli University and And a full member of the Advertising Registration Council of Nigeria. He also has a sizeable working experience with the Optimum Exposures Limited both in Marketing and systems Development Departments.
Executive Director
Mrs. Onyinye Igbo-Ugwu had her first degree in Architecture from Imo state University as well as a Masters degree in architecture from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She has over 17 years experience spanning Architecture, Banking, Information Technology and Outdoor Advertising. Her passion for aesthetics and functionality has made her an advocate of Out-of-Home branding as a tool for positively changing the ambience of the cityspace Before joining Monumental Concepts and Displays Limited, she worked with leading advertising agencies such as Plural Media Limited, Rocana Outdoor Advertising Agency covering South South/ South East Geopolitical zones of Nigeria as well as Proview Advertising Limited an integrated marketing Communications Agency based in Lagos. She is a Full Member of the Advertising Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON)

With a background in Business Administration, Tarilayefa brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team at Monumental Holdings Ltd. Having graduated from Lagos State University, Tarilayefa has continually demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous learning and development. She has a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. She was inducted as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria in 2021. Ajayi Olumuyiwa Bamidele is the Operations' Manager(OPM). Muyiwa has 8 years of experience in the OUT-OF-HOME Advertising industry An alumni of the University of Ado-Ekiti, now EKSU with a bachelor's degree in microbiology.. Before joining MC&D, He worked with the Mobile Advert Department of Lagos State Signage and Advertising Agency(LASAA) as the Head of enforcement team, then Motomedia Reflomax Limited (a DOOH and OOH media company)as the Operations Manager..He is a great team player, who is always open to learning new things.
